At Scent 3, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. Because customer satisfaction is our top priority, we have developed a clear and flexible return and warranty policy to ensure you get the perfect product.

When Can You Request a Return or Exchange?

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order and an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return and Exchange Conditions

To take advantage of our return services at Scent 3, please follow these conditions:

 

  • Original Invoice: You must present the original electronic invoice when requesting a return or exchange.
  • Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all accessories and original packaging.
  • Gifts: Any gifts received with the product must be returned in their original packaging. If the gift has been used, its value will be deducted from the refund.
  • Customer Responsibility: If you wish to return a product without a defect, you will be responsible for all shipping and return costs.

Cases Where Returns or Exchanges Are Not Accepted

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

 

  • After 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • If the product has been used, opened, damaged, or is not in its original condition.
  • If the product has been tampered with or serial numbers have been removed.
  • If the product’s packaging is damaged.

Electronic Payment Refunds

In case of order cancellation or product return, the amount paid will be refunded to the bank account used for the payment. Please note that the refund process may take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank. Amounts paid using vouchers or credit cards cannot be refunded in cash.

Warranty Conditions

  • Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all accessories, user manual, and warranty card (if applicable).
  • Opened Packaging: Products with opened packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Damage from Misuse: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, mechanical damage, or connecting the product to an incorrect power source. Please refer to the user manual or contact us for assistance.

Warranty Procedures

  • To claim warranty services, please contact us via our hotline or WhatsApp to schedule an appointment.
  • Our technical team will assess the damage to the product to determine the cause of the malfunction.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect, we will either repair the product or replace it with a new one, depending on your preference.
  • The warranty is void in case of misuse.

Warranty Fees

  • Fee Waiver: If a manufacturing defect is found, the repair or replacement will be free of charge.
  • Warranty Period: Please refer to the warranty card included with the product for the specific warranty period of each product.
  • Proper Use: Misuse of the product is considered a violation of the warranty terms and will void the warranty.

Shipping and Delivery Terms

  • Orders will be delivered to the address specified by the customer.
  • The estimated delivery time is between two and four business days.
  • The customer is responsible for inspecting the order upon receipt and ensuring it is in good condition. The customer’s signature on the delivery receipt confirms that the order has been received in good condition.
  • The customer bears the shipping costs for returns or exchanges, unless the reason for the return or exchange is a manufacturing defect.
